Balbhas Business Sysnomics is seeking a proactive and skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team. If you have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, network configuration, and user support in enterprise environments, we’d love to hear from you!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Scope of Support
1. IT Infrastructure Support
2. Operating System and Application Support – Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems and standard business applications.
3. Hands on experience in asset Management
4. Basic network connectivity issues and system configurations.
5. Active Directory and also hands on experience in ticket handling.
