Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution. (Preferred Certifications: IC 38, NISM Series V A, XXI-A, XIII).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank (RBI Second Schedule).

Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the local language of the State applied for.

Pay Scale: JMG/S-1 scale starting at ₹48,480.

Service Bond: Minimum 3 years of service or payment of 3 months’ gross salary (up to ₹2 Lakhs) upon early exit.
