We are looking for an experienced Ad Operations & Programmatic professional with 5+ years of experience to join our team and drive digital monetization and yield optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end ad operations across web, mobile, AMP and app inventory
• Handle campaign setup, trafficking, targeting, scheduling, pacing and optimisation in Google Ad Manager (GAM)
• Manage and optimise Google AdX, Header Bidding, Prebid.js, Open Bidding and SSP integrations
• Monitor and improve key metrics including eCPM, CPM, Fill Rate, Viewability, RPM and Revenue
• Develop yield optimisation strategies including floor pricing and demand partner optimisation
• Analyse programmatic performance and identify revenue growth opportunities
• Manage direct, programmatic, sponsorship, roadblock and special-format campaigns
• Troubleshoot ad-serving, creative, targeting and technical implementation issues
• Coordinate with Sales, Editorial, Product, Technology, Finance and external ad-tech partners
• Evaluate and onboard new programmatic partners and ad-tech solutions
• Ensure ad quality, policy compliance and optimal user experience
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue and performance reports
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of experience in Ad Operations / Programmatic / Yield Management
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM)
✅ Good understanding of Google AdX, Header Bidding, Prebid.js and SSPs
✅ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
✅ Experience in programmatic revenue optimization and yield management
✅ Good understanding of digital advertising metrics and publisher monetization
✅ Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
