Federal Bank’s FedNext is a career program for freshers and experienced graduates seeking opportunities in Relationship Banking roles.
Positions
- Freshers: Associate Officer (Sales)
- Experienced: Associate Officer (Sales) / Assistant Officer (Sales)
Eligibility
- Freshers: Graduate with minimum 50%; no prior experience; maximum age 27 years.
- Experienced: Graduate with minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in BFSI; maximum age 35 years.
- Indian citizenship required.
- Candidates must be domiciled in the eligible states/UTs listed in the brochure, including Tamil Nadu.
Role: Customer acquisition, CASA and financial-product sales, field sales, relationship building, cross-selling and referrals.
CTC
- Freshers: ₹4.64 lakh – ₹6.70 lakh per annum
- Experienced: ₹4.64 lakh – ₹11.04 lakh per annum*
*Based on previous role, experience and last drawn CTC.
