The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), in collaboration with Gradly Edutech, is offering hands-on internship opportunities across live National Highway development projects, NHAI divisions, and IHMCL.
Programme Overview

Total Positions: 1,083 openings across 125 ongoing projects

Stipend: ₹20,000 per month

Winter Internship Programme: 1 Month (December 2026 – January 2027) | 541 Positions

Term Internship Programme: 6 Months (January – June 2027) | 542 Positions

Eligibility Criteria
Open to final-year and pre-final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students pursuing full-time courses in India or abroad across:

Engineering Branches: Civil, IT, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Instrumentation, Data Science / AI

Other Disciplines: Law (BA LLB), Mass Communication / Journalism, Rajbhasha, M.A. in HR / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management, MBA (HR / Finance / Marketing), and related fields
