Key Responsibilities:
โข Manage end-to-end ad operations across web, mobile, AMP and app inventory
โข Handle campaign setup, trafficking, targeting, scheduling, pacing and optimisation in Google Ad Manager (GAM)
โข Manage and optimise Google AdX, Header Bidding, Prebid.js, Open Bidding and SSP integrations
โข Monitor and improve key metrics including eCPM, CPM, Fill Rate, Viewability, RPM and Revenue
โข Develop yield optimisation strategies including floor pricing and demand partner optimisation
โข Analyse programmatic performance and identify revenue growth opportunities
โข Manage direct, programmatic, sponsorship, roadblock and special-format campaigns
โข Troubleshoot ad-serving, creative, targeting and technical implementation issues
โข Coordinate with Sales, Editorial, Product, Technology, Finance and external ad-tech partners
โข Evaluate and onboard new programmatic partners and ad-tech solutions
โข Ensure ad quality, policy compliance and optimal user experience
โข Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue and performance reports
What Weโre Looking For:

5+ years of experience in Ad Operations / Programmatic / Yield Management
โ
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM)
โ
Good understanding of Google AdX, Header Bidding, Prebid.js and SSPs
โ
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
โ
Experience in programmatic revenue optimization and yield management
โ
Good understanding of digital advertising metrics and publisher monetization
โ
Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
