Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has invited online applications for Executive positions through Computer Based Test (CBT) – 2026 under Advt. No. IOCL/CO-HR/RECTT/2026/01, dated 14 August 2026.

- Graduate Engineer – Grade A: Chemical, Civil, Computer Science/IT, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation and Mechanical
- Officer (Marketing) – Grade A
- Officer (Law) – Grade A
- Assistant Quality Control Officer – Grade A0
- Diploma Engineer – Grade E0 in various engineering/safety disciplines.
🎓 Qualification
- Graduate Engineer: BE/B.Tech/equivalent – 65% for General/EWS/OBC-NCL and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Marketing: MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing – 60% / 55%.
- Law: Graduate Degree + LLB or 5-year Integrated LLB.
- Quality Control: relevant Master’s Degree in Chemistry – 60% / 55%.
- Diploma Engineer: relevant 3-year Diploma – 65% / 55%.
🎯 Age Limit
Maximum age as on 01 July 2026:
- Graduate/Diploma Engineer – 26 years
- Marketing Officer – 28 years
- Law Officer / Assistant Quality Control Officer – 30 years
Category-wise age relaxation applies.
💼 Experience
Post-qualification experience is specifically required for Law Officer – 2 years and Assistant Quality Control Officer – 2 years in the prescribed areas.
💰 Salary / CTC
- Grade A: ₹50,000–₹1,60,000 | Approx. CTC ₹18.4 lakh/year
- Grade A0: ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 | Approx. CTC ₹14.8 lakh/year
- Grade E0: ₹30,000–₹1,20,000 | Approx. CTC ₹11.1 lakh/year
📝 Selection Process
CBT → Group Discussion (GD) & Group Task (GT) → Personal Interview (PI). The CBT carries 85% weightage, GD/GT 5%, and PI 10%.
