Eligibility
For Generalist Officers, candidates need a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any stream with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Specialist qualifications vary by discipline.
Age Limit: 21 to 30 years as on 01 October 2026, with applicable relaxation for reserved categories.
Salary
Starting basic pay is ₹82,485, with total emoluments approximately ₹1,14,000 per month in metropolitan centres, along with other benefits as per company rules.

Selection Process
Phase I Preliminary Exam → Phase II Main Exam → Interview. Final selection gives 80% weightage to the Main Examination and 20% to the Interview.
