The Prime Minister’s Internship Scheme (PMIS) portal allows eligible candidates to search for internships by state, district, sector, field and location radius. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has specifically stated that the portal supports filtering opportunities by district/state and by a customizable radius from the candidate’s address.

1. Go to the official PM Internship portal

2. Register / log in
On the portal:
- Open pminternship.mca.gov.in
- Select the candidate registration/login option.
- Complete the required authentication, including Aadhaar/e-KYC where requested.
- Enter your personal details.
- Add your address, education, certifications and other profile information.
- Complete your profile. The scheme guidelines state that candidate registration and profile creation are done through the PMIS portal.

After logging in, go to the internship/opportunity search section.
You can narrow the results using:
- State
- District
- Sector
- Area/Field
- Functional role
- Location/radius
