💫 Key Responsibilities:
🎯 Collaborate with Senior Engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards.
🎯 Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as Java, Python, C++, or others, as per project requirements.
🎯 Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software-related issues, bugs, and defects.
🎯 Assist in creating and executing test cases to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications.
🎯 Maintain detailed documentation of code, processes, and software designs for future reference and team collaboration.
🎯 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends by actively participating in training and skill development programs.
🎯 Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
🎯 Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
🎯 Strong academic background with a passion for software development.

🔹 Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives in the assigned zone.
🔹 Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
🔹 Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive business growth.
🔹 Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales personnel and provide coaching as necessary.
