Educational Qualification
Qualifications differ by post. The notification includes the following requirements:
- Medical Officer: MBBS from a recognised university or institution, with the prescribed approval requirements.

- Mid-Level Health Provider: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from an eligible recognised institution, or the prescribed community-health qualification.
- Health Inspector: 10+2 with Biology or Botany and Zoology, Tamil as a subject at SSLC level, and the prescribed two-year health-inspector or multipurpose health-worker training.
- Pharmacist: 10+2 with Science, Diploma or Bachelor of Pharmacy, and active registration with the Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council.
- Radiographer: B.Sc. Radiography.
- Physiotherapist: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT).
- MMU Driver: 10th pass and the specified LMV badge requirement.
- Security Guard / Hospital Worker: Minimum 8th standard pass, with the ability to read and write as specified.
- Refrigeration Mechanic: ITI Refrigeration Mechanic and Air-Conditioning certificate with one year of experience.
