Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Bank/NBFCs in retail assets or liability products.

Delhi Region, Mumbai Region, Pune Region, and Ahmedabad Region (Candidates must be open to transfers anywhere in India; local language proficiency preferred).

Total CTC: ₹7.85 Lakhs per annum

Fixed CTC: ₹4.49 Lakhs (includes NPS)

Variable Pay: Up to ₹2.88 Lakhs (performance-based)

Health Insurance Premium: ₹0.48 Lakhs (Coverage up to ₹5.25 Lakhs)

Special Allowances: Postings in Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune receive an extra ₹10,000/month allowance, while Ahmedabad receives ₹5,000/month after 3 months of active service (subject to performance review).
