• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognised university under regular curriculum.
• Experience: Five years of banking experience, including three years of service as Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or equivalent cadre in a bank.
• Tenor: Regular basis.
• Remuneration: As applicable to Manager.
• Job Location: Anywhere in India.

Other Conditions: No vigilance case or adverse observation from RBI/statutory authorities should be pending against the candidate identified for appointment.

2. Global NRI Centre Head (GNC) – Deputy Vice President

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: Minimum 40 years and maximum 50 years as on 30 September 2026. Age may be relaxed in deserving cases.
• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognised university under regular curriculum.
• Experience: Ten years of banking experience, including five years in a supervisory or managerial cadre.
• Additional Requirement: Experience in handling NRI business.
• Tenor: Regular basis.
• Remuneration: As applicable to Deputy Vice President.
• Job Location: Ernakulam, Kerala.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide tailored banking solutions and improve customer experience.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the bank’s NRI customer base.
• Build and manage a specialised NRI banking team.
• Maintain relationships with high-net-worth NRI customers.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, FEMA regulations and international banking norms.
• Promote NRE/NRO accounts, remittance services and NRI loans.
• Develop marketing strategies and collaborate with international banks and financial institutions.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview. The interview may be conducted directly or through video conferencing.

The interview date, time and mode will be communicated individually to eligible candidates.
