Recruitment Mode
The recruitment will be conducted through three different modes:
- Deputation: Deputy Director (Admin & Accounts), Assistant Director (Admin & Accounts) and Stenographer Grade-I.
- Deputation / Short-Term Contract: Deputy Director (Programme) and Assistant Director (Programme).
- Direct Recruitment: The remaining 10 post categories.
Senior-level posts: Deputy Director and Assistant Director positions have specific government-service experience, pay-scale and cultural-sector experience requirements, depending on the recruitment mode.
