Service Operation – Site Administrator
Responsibilities
To take care of Vestas office facilities at sites
Interactions with Sub contractors and monitoring of their activities
Management of site vehicles and security services
To ensure Statutory compliances at site level
Upkeeping of site employees facilities like guest house and etc
To maintain site imprest expenses on day to day basis
Organize safety training at site level in coordination with external vendors
Qualifications
B.Com Graduate
Diploma in HR & Admin will be added advantage
Competencies
Good negotiation skills.
Relationship development with local stake holders at sites
Smooth dealing with Statutory authorities
