LIC HFL Apprenticeship Recruitment 2026: 232 Vacancies, Eligibility, Stipend and Apply Online
LIC Housing Finance Limited (LIC HFL) has invited online applications from eligible fresh graduates for its Apprenticeship Programme 2026. According to the official notification, a total of 232 apprenticeship positions are available across various states and cities in India.
The programme provides an opportunity for graduates to gain practical work experience, develop professional skills and acquire domain knowledge in the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector.
Selected candidates will undergo 12 months of on-the-job apprenticeship training at various LIC HFL offices.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed graduation in any stream from an Indian University or Institute recognised by UGC/AICTE.
The qualification must have been completed as of 1 October 2026, subject to the date condition stated in the official notification.
Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 20 and 25 years of age as of 1 October 2026.
Previous Work Experience
Candidates must not have a running, terminated or completed apprenticeship contract with any other organisation.
Monthly Stipend
Selected apprentices will receive the following monthly stipend:

LIC HFL Apprenticeship Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following stages:
- Online written examination.
- Document verification.
- Personal interview.
- Final selection and issuance of engagement letter.
The online examination will be conducted by the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India.
Online Examination Pattern
The examination consists of 100 questions carrying 100 marks. The total duration is 60 minutes.

Candidates must pay the non-refundable application/intimation/examination charges through the secure payment link provided by BFSI SSC.

- Navigate to the Student Register/Login section.
- Complete the mandatory apprenticeship registration.
- Search for the LIC HFL apprenticeship advertisement.
- Submit the required details through the apprenticeship portal.
- Eligible candidates will receive an email from BFSI SSC.
- Follow the email instructions to submit additional information, including district preferences.
